Advisory Board

With the rapid growth of TaKeTiNa field, more and more certified teachers from various countries work with TaKeTiNa worldwide. To support these teachers and assure the maintenance and increase in quality for participants, the International TaKeTiNa Advisory Board has been implemented in 2019. It consists of some of the most experienced teachers, but also experts in various fields who will assist the TaKeTiNa institute in making decisions, launching new projects, documenting research and implementing new training methods for teachers worldwide.

Mission

The mission of the ITAB is, to realise the full potential of the TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process globally and to develop future visions for the TaKeTiNa field. Board members are actively engaged in the TaKeTiNa process, have a loyalty to the founder and to the content of the work, as well as the intention to collectively expand the knowledge and awareness of the TaKeTiNa work internationally.

The members of the ITAB share a respectful attitude for the diversity in which TaKeTiNa is used and taught, yet care for a clear interpretation of the foundation and integrity for how the work is represented

Members

The founding members of the International TaKeTiNa Advisory Board are: Tania BosakAstrid Bosshard, Anna-Maria FlatischlerGustavo GittiTupac Mantilla, Frank Rihm and Andreas Wittwer.

New members will be voted in by the founding members under the supervision of the TaKeTiNa Institute.

Tania Bosak

Master TaKeTiNa Rhythm Teacher, Musician, Composer, Actress

Tania holds the Ericksonian Diploma in counseling and hypnosis (CET Australia) and was awarded a Churchill Fellowship for studies in Korean drum and dance. She is the founder and director of „Pulse Rhythm“, a specialised training method for actors and musicians. Tania Bosak co-leads the TaKeTiNa Teacher Training in Australia together with Reinhard Flatischler and will also be researching the clinical applications of TaKeTiNa.

Astrid Bosshard

Master TaKeTiNa Rhythm Teacher, Music Professor

Astrid Bosshard has more than 20 years of experience teaching music and movement at the Academy of Music in Basel. She teaches and mentors Bachelor’s and Master’s students in methodology and teaching skills. Astrid Bosshard holds a degree in music and movement education from the University Mozarteum / Orff Institute in Salzburg.

Anna-Maria Flatischler

TaKeTiNa Teacher in Senior / Master Training, Concert Flutist, Music Teacher 

Studied Flute, Chamber Music and Music Pedagogy at the Music University Trossingen. Specialized training in Music Communication at the University of the Arts Bremen, Anna-Maria won several awards in international music competitions. She works on incorporating TaKeTiNa into the classic field with her newly crafted method „body2flute®“. She is also head of the TaKeTiNa Office.

Gustavo Gitti

TaKeTiNa Teacher in Senior / Master Training

Gustavo Gitti has become the first TaKeTiNa Teacher in Brazil. He lives in São Paulo, writes about relationships in “Vida Simples” magazine, studies and practices Buddhist mind training under the guidance of Lama Padma Samten and works in olugar.org (an online community dedicated to human flourishment in daily life).

Tupac Mantilla

Percussionist, Co-leader of “Body2Drum”

Tupac Mantilla is nowadays one of the most creative artists of his generation. He has performed with musicians like Bobby McFerrin, Zakir Hussain, Steve Smith and Bob Moses. His work as a performer, educator, producer and clinician has been recognised worldwide. Tupac is founder of R.I.T.M.O, a groundbreaking rhythm process.

Frank Rihm

Qualified Music Therapist, Advanced TaKeTiNa Teacher, Instructor of the TaKeTiNa Rhythm Therapy Training

Rhythm and Creative Therapist Frank Rihm started working with TaKeTiNa at the Heiligenfeld Clinics more than 25 years ago. He uses both psychodynamically oriented psychotherapy and non-verbal methods, in particular TaKeTiNa.

Andreas Wittwer

Master TaKeTiNa Rhythm Teacher, Musician, Music Teacher

Andreas Wittwer holds a degree in classical church music. He majored in organ, conducting and singing. Long term engagement as choir conductor and organist. As a music teacher he has been exploring the application of TaKeTiNa in music education.
