Withdrawal Rights for Events

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for events, workshops, or seminars with a fixed date or period.

This corresponds to Section 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB):
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance.
