a practice framework specifically designed for TaKeTiNa Teachers and advanced practitioners.

What are Spicy Journeys?

Spicy Journeys are longer, demanding TaKeTiNa journeys with ample space for:

Multi-layered structures and shifts at higher complexity
Falling out & finding back—to cultivate flexibility, focus, and curiosity
Deep perception & regeneration: arriving in the timeless, expanding presence

Who is it for?

For TaKeTiNa teachers and advanced participants who have experience with TaKeTiNa and want to combine challenge with creative unfolding.

🕚 Schedule*

Wednesday: 4:00 pm – approx. 7:30 pm
Thursday to Saturday: 11:00 am – approx. 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm – approx. 7:30 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am – approx. 2:00 pm

* We do our best to stay within this time frame. However, due to the complexity of the journeys, this cannot always be guaranteed.
A break of approximately 20 minutes is planned within each set.

Fee: €420

Accommodation and meals are not included in the course fee.
Upon request, we are happy to provide a list of nearby accommodation options.
